Check out my new schedule of pilates classes in Hanover and Norwich! This session runs from January 3 - February 16, 2012. I'm also hoping to add a Friday 8:30-9:30 am at the Hanover Rec Center. Stay tuned!

Small group community mat classes

Custom design your own group class!

All you need to do is get some friends, and pick a time! My studio fits up to 5. For 2, it's $15/ personl; for 3 or more its $10/ person. Contact me about your own group class.

About me

Lettie Arnold has practiced Pilates since 1999, and has been teaching STOTT PILATES® since June 2002.

Personal pilates training

Lettie offers SMALL GROUP and PRIVATE
MAT and REFORMER instruction:

  1. One–on–one personal pilates training:
    • Mat-based
    • STOTT PILATES® Reformer
  2. Small group classes

Personal Pilates training and classes are offered in a serene, non-gym environment at Lettie Arnold Home Studio. Because we are all different, one on one training is an ideal way to study Pilates. Lettie Arnold can make a full assessment of your current abilities and design a program tailored to your goals, strengths and special needs.
