Pilates classes by Letttie Arnold

Classes will resume in January, 2102

Please check back here for my new schedule of pilates classes in Hanover, NH and Norwich, VT. These sessions will run from January - February, 2012.

Current small group community mat classes

There will be no classes during February vacation or other school holidays. If school is delayed or closed due to weather, class will be cancelled and made up at the end of the session.

Missed classes can be made up at either location as long as space is available, but this can't be guaranteed.

Mat Pilates is a full body workout that improves spinal flexibility, posture and core strength. It also includes upper body strengthening with bands. The class is appropriate for both beginners and those with experience. Please bring a mat if you have one (we can supply if requested).
